Your agreement
These terms govern Reflection Academy, a product of Reflection Universe. Provide accurate details, keep verification codes private and use only your own account. A parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms with a learner under 18. Contact divine@reflectionacademy.org or the support page for help.
Learning and payment
Choose the programme, subjects, instructor and payment term shown before checkout. Monthly plans renew until cancelled; three- and six-month plans are prepaid without automatic renewal. Prices and instructor allocation are saved with your purchase. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed terms. Enrolment is tuition access, not exam registration or a guarantee of admission, grades or certification.
Instructor choice
You may choose an eligible instructor or use automatic matching by verified purchaser ratings. Unrated instructors are identified; they are not assigned fabricated ratings. Ratings must reflect a genuine purchased learning experience. Do not manipulate ratings or create accounts to influence them.
Personal learning access
Lecture videos are for viewing within your authorised academy account. Do not screen-record, download, copy, redistribute, sell, share access to or use lecture videos outside the platform without written permission, subject to applicable legal exceptions. PDFs explicitly offered for download may be saved for personal study only. Do not bypass access controls.
Community and enforcement
Be respectful in class conversations and study groups. Do not harass others, post unlawful material or share another person’s private data. The academy may investigate reports and restrict accounts for misuse. Contact support to dispute a restriction. Any action remains subject to applicable rights and remedies.
Policies and disputes
The Privacy Policy, No-Refund Policy and Content Policy form part of these terms. Instructors also accept the Instructor Content Agreement. Nigerian law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections or your right to approach an appropriate regulator or court. Material changes will be published and new acceptance requested where needed.
