Read before paying
We do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, missed classes, unused access or failure to cancel a renewal on time. Review your subjects, instructor, price and payment term before accepting this policy and paying.
Rights that remain protected
This policy does not exclude statutory rights or remedies. Non-delivery, defective or materially misrepresented service, duplicate payments and unauthorised charges can be reported and reviewed. Refunds or other remedies required by applicable law remain available regardless of the checkout checkbox.
Renewals and cancellations
Cancel monthly renewals through My Learning → Manage or cancel renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active until the paid term ends. Three- and six-month purchases do not renew automatically.
Request a review
Contact divine@reflectionacademy.org or Support with your account email, payment reference and the issue. Never send a full card number, PIN or verification code. We will investigate with the payment provider where needed and explain the decision; this does not prevent a complaint to the FCCPC or your payment provider.
